The Next World

By the name of Allah When we read the Quran, we come across a very important event in the history of mankind and this universe.  The event is when Adam was created and Allah blew the soul into him, Allah ordered all the angels to prostrate towards Adam. When this order was pronounced, all angels prostrated together except a Jin called Azazeel.  Azazeel was a jinn and Allah clarifies it in the Quran itself that he was a jinn and hence used his free will and decided to not obey this command of Allah.  Allah asks Azazeel that what had stopped him from obeying Allah's command to which he replies, "i am better than him, you created me from fire and created him from dust." The conversation continues and eventually Allah the all mighty, ordered Azazeel to get away from that state and cursed him till the day of judgement. The Farewell Sermon of the Prophet ﷺ O People, lend me an attentive ear, for I know not whether after this year, I shall ever be amongst you again. Therefore listen to what I am saying to you very carefully and take these words to those who could not be present today.  O People, just as you regard this month, this day, this city as Sacred, so regard the life and property of every Muslim as a sacred trust. Return the goods entrusted to you to their rightful owners. Hurt no one so that no one may hurt you. Remember that you will indeed meet your Lord, and that He will indeed reckon your deeds. Allah has forbidden you to take usury (interest), therefore all interest obligation shall henceforth be waived. Your capital, however, is yours to keep.
